33rd Annual MSDA Pointing Breeds Field Trial

MSDA will hold its 33rd Annual Field Trials on Saturday and Sunday, February 6th & 7th, 2010 at the Norman G. Wilder Wildlife Area, C & R Center , Petersburg , DE .  Field Trial Secretary, Smokey Hiles, requests that MSDA members please volunteer, as workers are needed both days in many positions.   Breakfast and lunch will be available at a nominal charge in the warm club house with indoor facilities.

Directions to the Pointing Breed field trial on Feb 6-7, 2010 are as follows:

Cross over the Bay Bridge and go about 10 miles on US 50 to the split. Take the split to the left which is Md. 301. Drive about 8 or 9 miles to a right hand turn onto Md. 304. Go about 8 miles on Md. 304 to Bridgetown, Md. Make Left hand turn at intersection on to Md. 312. Travel about 2 miles to a T intersection at Md. 313 & Md. 312. Make a Right hand Turn on to Md. 313. Go about 4 miles to Goldsboro, Md. At the Firestation, go straight ahead on Md. 287 for about 3 or 4 miles which becomes Delaware 10 upon crossing the state line. Travel about 5 or 6 miles to Petersburg and make a RIGHT HAND TURN ON TO Firetower Road. Drive to where a lefthand curve in the road starts and make a RIGHT HAND TURN on to C&R Center Road. Follow the road a short distance until you see a dirt road on your left. MAKE the Left hand turn up to dirt road to the club house.
